ORLANDO, Fla. — A massive entertainment complex in downtown Orlando is taking a big step toward reality.
Westcourt Orlando has selected Turner Construction Company as the contractor for its half-billion-dollar entertainment complex.
The project is located just north of the Kia Center, with the Orlando Magic’s owners among the developers.
The planned complex is designed to be a diverse entertainment hub, featuring restaurants, shops, apartments, a hotel, and a concert venue.
This major initiative was first announced in 2024.
The selection of a contractor marks a significant step for the massive complex, which was originally slated to break ground last year.
