Neighborhood dispute costing Kissimmee police

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Instead of Kissimmee police responding to emergencies, they’ve been caught up in a feud between two neighbors.

Eyewitness News has reported in the past that more than 100 police hours have been used up on neighbors’ dispute on Stallone Court. Police have never released how much that has cost the police force.

On Monday morning, officers were called to the street after one of the feuding neighbors reported another car was parked too close their house.

“We don't seen an end in sight,” said neighbor Stormy Falagan.

Falagan and her husband said it's the latest move in a constant battle with their neighbor, Claudia Zuco.

Zuco is facing charges for a domestic dispute with her girlfriend last fall and allegedly harassing Falagan’s husband.

Eyewitness News found out all three criminal cases against Zuco are on hold because earlier this month, a judge found her incompetent to stand trial.

“It’s a frustration,” Stormy Falagan said.

Falagan said they have four cameras up to help document the alleged dispute.

Zuco did not answer the door for comment when an Eyewitness News crew stopped by her home.
