MAITLAND, Fla. — A vaccine clinic in Maitland will soon open its doors again to vaccinate children under five years old.
It’s an effort implemented by state Sen. Randolph Bracy after Gov. Ron DeSantis declined to pre-order vaccines for children.
The Roth Jewish Community Center of Greater Orlando will administer the vaccines every Friday, until the demand goes down.
“We are providing this free of charge to the constituents and so, as needed, if they are more, we will continue to order these vaccines,” Bracy said.
The Roth Jewish Community Center of Greater Orlando started accepting walk-ins at 10 a.m. Friday.
