Man shot, killed at Orange County apartment complex, suspects sought

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A man was shot and killed early Monday at an Orange County apartment complex, according to deputies.

Just before 2:30 a.m., Orange County deputies said they received a call regarding an aggravated battery shooting at the Rosala West Apartments near 4500 Silver Star Road.

Investigators said a 30-year-old man had been shot while in the apartment complex by suspects who were inside a vehicle. Deputies do not have a description of the suspects or the car they were in.

According to deputies, the man was struck at least once and taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
