WINTER PARK, Fla. — Editor’s note: This story is available as a result of a content partnership between WFTV and the Orlando Business Journal.

A new-to-Orlando restaurant concept may open in one of Central Florida’s in-demand vacant restaurant spaces.

Upscale Mediterranean restaurant Kaya is reportedly in talks to occupy the former Luma on Park space at 290 S. Park Ave., according to marketing materials submitted to the city of Winter Park.

OBJ obtained these marketing materials through a public records request.

The highly acclaimed Luma on Park closed its eatery in September after 15 years of operation, resulting in roughly 11,000 square feet of restaurant space being marketed along high-end shopping district Park Avenue.
