ORLANDO, Fla. — ‘Tis the season to bring joy to those around us.

The Orlando Fire Department, Orange County Fire Rescue and Orlando Police Department helped bring Christmas to patients at AdventHealth for Children on Tuesday.

Firefighters and police officers surprised children and their families in the sixth annual Holiday Elf rappelling event.

Teams rappeled down the side of the hospital with positive messages as a way to spread holiday cheer.
