ORLANDO, Fla. — Travelers at Orlando International Airport are seeing a rise in activity for the holidays, but so far things have been moving forward.
A scare Saturday with an accidental gun discharge at the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport only delayed three flights in Orlando, officials said.
Saturday is predicted to be the third busiest travel day of the holiday season and airport leaders are expecting a busy weekend.
Lines were seen throughout the airport on Saturday, but nothing too terrible.
Some passengers said they have been dealing with delays throughout the day.
Officials said Sunday is expected to be the fifth busiest travel day at Orlando International Airport.
