ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A man was fatally struck by a train in Winter Park Wednesday evening.
It happened in the heart of Winter Park at the intersection of Pennsylvania and Holt avenues shortly before 10:00 p.m.

Winter Park police said they believe the elderly man was trying to cross the tracks when the train struck and killed him.
Police have not yet identified the victim and said the case remains under investigation.
