SeaWorld Orlando prepares for return of ‘Halloween Spooktacular’ event

ORLANDO, Fla. — SeaWorld Orlando released details about its Halloween Spooktacular event kicking off this month.

Officials said this daytime theme park trick-or-treating event runs on Saturdays and Sundays from Sept. 18 to Oct. 31 and is included with park admission.

The family-friendly Halloween festivities will feature candy, costumes, a Halloween dance party and other spooky surprises.

Officials said kids of all ages can go trick-or-treating during this daytime event as they explore the decorated candy trail and meet all sorts of colorful characters.

A new attraction this year will be a “Trick-or-Treat Trail” that winds through some areas of the park around an immersive SeaWorld adventure, SeaWorld officials said.

Other events include “Meet a Mermaid,” “Halloween Happenings at Sesame Street Land” and “Storytime with Big Bird.”

Guests can also look into booking a “Spooktacular Upgrade,” which features a Count von Count’s Spooktacular Breakfast.
