ORLANDO, Fla. — Orange County deputies said they have made another arrested in the shooting death of a Burger King worker.
Deputies said the arrested Ashley Mason Wednesday.
Investigators said Mason was the customer who became angry over slow service at the Burger King on East Colonial Drive Saturday night.
According to a report, Mason was given a refund but returned minutes later with Kelvis Rodriguez.
Witnesses told investigators that Rodriguez shot and killed Desmond Joshua Jr., 22, in the parking lot.

Rodriguez is being held without bail on a murder charge.
