Residents of a proposed Seminole County community will be able to strap on their water skis and cut across the water — without leaving the neighborhood.
A subdivision plan for a 12-lot residential community on a man-made ski lake will go in front of the Seminole County planning and zoning commission for approval the evening of July 1. Seminole County staff has recommended that the planning and zoning commission approve the subdivision plan.
The plans were submitted by Kirkman Colonial Partners, which is registered to executives of Orlando-based Property Investment Brokers (PIB Land)
