ORLANDO, Fla. — Several Orlando police officers were taken to a hospital after they were possibly exposed to fentanyl, Orlando police Chief Orlando Rolon said in a tweet.
Rolon said six officers went to a hospital Wednesday.
Three officers were taken by emergency services and the other three took themselves to get checked out.
Rolon said the officers were directed to the hospital as a precautionary measure. They have since been released.
All the officers are doing well, police said.
