The issue comes after residents in Kissimmee were evacuated from their condo after it was deemed unsafe.

Residents did not want to talk about what is happening behind the gates, but sources said there are issues.

Eyewitness News received a tip asking us to take a look at the condo complex along McCoy Road in Belle Isle. Palm Square Condos has about 100 units. Pictures we obtain show holes in concrete and cracks along the walkways on the third floor.

Many of the people at the condo are hospitality workers who struggled last year when the pandemic closed theme parks, hotels and restaurants.

Structural engineers, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the fire marshal and Public works were all out there in the last few days checking on the structures.

Channel 9 called two management companies associated with the complex no one answered and could not leave any messages.
