Woman and child killed, 4 hurt in multi-vehicle crash in Osceola County, troopers say

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a deadly chain-reaction crash in Osceola County.

The crash happened at around 6:10 p.m. Monday in Osceola County on State Road 426, south of Sinclair Road.

Troopers said three drivers were all headed south on SR-426 when they slowed down and collided together.

The impact caused one of the vehicles to rollover in the crash.

Troopers said a 35-year-old Orlando woman and a 10-year-old boy died as a result of injuries they received in the violent crash.

Four others were treated for minor injuries, according to a report.

Troopers said the crash is under investigation.
