PALM COAST, Fla. — Golfers can hit the links before hitting the Thanksgiving table during Palm Harbor Golf Club’s first Thanksgiving Scramble.
The tournament will take place Thursday, Nov. 26, with an 8 a.m. shotgun start and a four-person scramble format.
Entry costs $46 plus tax per player, and participation is limited to 25 teams, or 100 golfers. Gift certificates from Loopers Par & Grill will be awarded to the top three teams.
The city said traffic changes will be in place that morning because of the Feet to Feast Thanksgiving 5K happening nearby. Golfers are encouraged to allow extra travel time and use the Cooper Lane entrance to reach the course.
Loopers Par & Grill will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thanksgiving.
