MELBOURNE, Fla. — A man with two DUI convictions was arrested again after being involved in a hit-and-run crash that sent at least one person to the hospital, Melbourne police said.
Investigators said Stanley Jones, 54, caused a three-car crash on Croton Road and Eau Gallie Boulevard Wednesday night and then drove away.
One driver suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Jones was later found near his apartment on Trinidad Circle.
Police said Jones' Breathalyzer test showed he was twice the legal limit.
Jones was taken to the Brevard County Jail where he is being held on $24,000 bail.
