KISSIMMEE, Fla.,None — Police have arrested a woman for the murder of a Kissimmee man who was stabbed to death in September.
On September 30, a man was found with stab wounds on East Vine Street, around 5:30 a.m.
Police identified the victim as 36-year-old Alberto Rivera-Montanez. Rivera-Montanez subsequently died from his injuries, police say.
Investigators with the Kissimmee Police Department arrested 32-year-old Shamiekka Ford on Friday. Ford was charged with murder and booked into the Osceola County jail.
Police told WFTV the motive for the alleged attack was money that the victim owed Ford.
