CENTRAL FLA. — Our unsettled weather pattern continued on Thursday, and more rain and storms are likely for Friday.
The activity will slowly fade away this evening, with a stray coastal shower possible towards daybreak. Morning lows will be in the mid 70s.
More elevated rain chances are expected Friday, but the activity will likely hold off until the PM hours. Temps to close out the work week will be in the low 90s.
More active weather is ahead for Labor Day weekend. Dry conditions are expected in the morning, with rain and storms developing in the afternoon and evening. Highs for Saturday and Sunday will be in the low 90s.
Labor Day Monday will feature rain and storm chances, with the bulk of the activity expected in the PM. Highs for the holiday will be in the low 90s.
The deep tropical moisture remains in place for the middle of next week, keeping the elevated rain chances in place.
Some slightly drier air will finally arrive late next week, decreasing storm chances some across the region.
