Recall alert: Popular vitamin gummy brand recalled due to reports of metallic mesh material found in product

A popular vitamin gummy brand was recalled after customers reported finding a metallic mesh material in the products.

The company, Church and Dwight, issued a recall for certain Vitafusion gummies, including the Kids Melatonin, Fiber Well, Sleepwell, and Multivites brands.

The vitamins were sold online and in store between November 2020 and April 2021.

The items were manufactured between Oct. 29 and Nov. 3, 2020.

Only bottles with certain lot codes and expiration dates are included in the recall.
