Rollover crash of semi hauling milk shuts down parts of major roadway in Seminole County

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A serious crash involving a semi hauling milk shut down part of a busy Seminole County roadway Thursday.

The crash happened near the intersection of Semoran Boulevard and Red Bug Lake Road  just before 7:30 a.m.

Three lanes of eastbound Semoran Boulevard were closed while crews worked to unload 1,000 crates of milk from the overturned trailer.

Officials said  one person inside the semi received minor injuries.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
