COVID-19 testing location at Sanford SunRail Station closing Friday

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Seminole County announced that its COVID-19 testing location at the Sanford SunRail Station will close at the end of the day Friday.

The county said it’s the second community-based testing site to close due to decreased demand. The testing site at Seminole State College - Oviedo Campus closed last week.

There are three remaining testing sites in Seminole: Altamonte Springs SunRail, Red Bug Lake Park, and Seminole County Museum.

The Department of Health also has a permanent COVID-19 testing location at the main campus on Airport Boulevard.
