Seminole Sheriff sets up hotline for Allied Veterans information

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — The Seminole County Sheriff's Office has opened a hotline to help generate tips on centers formerly operated by Allied Veterans of the World.

Last week authorities raided Allied Veteran strip-mall casinos and arrested 53 people. Florida's Lieutenant Governor resigned when the federal, state and local investigations into the $300 million were announced.

Investigators are still searching for four more men they said were involved with Allied Veterans.

Anyone with information to share with authorities, or with questions is asked to call the Gambling Task Force Hotline at 1-855-411-0760. The number is a toll free number.
