PALM COAST, Fla. — Investigators in Flagler County are warning residents to be on the lookout for a serial flasher riding a motorcycle who has exposed himself to women four times in the last month.

The flasher, described as a black male in his early 20s, rides up to his victims with his genitals exposed and then drives away, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office said.
