FWC

MARION COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Wildlife Conservation Commission arrested 32-year-old Eusebio Ramon of Spring Hill on Aug 6, 2026.

Ramon was arrested for felony littering in excess of 500 pounds.

The arrest stemmed from an Aug. 3 investigation following an FWC officer’s discovery of a large pile of illegally dumped debris in the Ocala Wildlife Management Area in Marion County.

The debris consisted of concrete, metal roofing, and household trash. Marion County Waste Management removed the debris, which weighed 26,040 pounds.

An FWC investigation led officers to Ramon, who was hired to haul away and dispose of demolition debris. Ramon admitted to being solely responsible for dumping the debris, and following his arrest, was transported to the Marion County Jail.
