ORLANDO, Fla. — WFTV Channel 9 announced two programming changes to its daytime line-up. Beginning February 20th, 'Steve Harvey' will air weekdays at 3 p.m., followed by Channel 9 Eyewitness News at 4:00 p.m. 'T.D. Jakes' will move to 9 a.m. weekdays on WFTV Channel 9. %
