ORLANDO, Fla. — Republicans running for the White House are in Orlando Friday as part of the two-day Sunshine Summit.
Florida Sen. Marco Rubio was the first candidate to take the stage at the Rosen Shingle Creek.
"This election is a generational choice about the direction our country will take. For over two centuries, each generation of Americans has chosen to do what it takes to make America a special country, and as a result, every single one of us are the beneficiaries of the extraordinary miracle of the American dream," said Rubio.
Jeb Bush and Donald Trump are set to speak, with Ben Carson ending the evening.
