TITUSVILLE, Fla. — A Titusville teenager charged with the rape and murder of his stepsister on a cruise ship will now stand trial in November, according to a court order.
Timothy Hudson had been scheduled to go to trial in less than two weeks.
Defense attorneys requested additional time, and the court granted the delay.
Hudson is accused of killing Anna Kepner.
According to the court order the new November trial date.
