BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — United Launch Alliance is counting down to a launch day dress rehearsal for its new Vulcan Centaur rocket.

The rocket rolled to its launch pad at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station earlier this week.

Preparations for the rocket’s maiden launch come after an explosion in Alabama last month.
Officials said it was caused by a hydrogen leak.

The Vulcan’s first launch was pushed back to July.
