Universal gives behind-the-scenes look at Jurassic World VelociCoaster

ORLANDO, Fla. — Universal Orlando Resort is giving people an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at their ambitious new roller coaster: Jurassic World VelociCoaster.

“The Making of Jurassic World VelociCoaster” special is streaming now on Peacock. It gives viewers a glimpse into the three-year development of “the apex predator of roller coasters.”

TV personality and Universal theme park fan Mario Lopez narrates the special.

VelociCoaster opened last summer in Islands of Adventure to rave reviews from thrill-seekers. It catapults guests through 4,700 feet of track, 155 feet in the air at 70 MPH, a series of high-speed launches, a 360-inversion inches above the lagoon and more.
