CASSELBERRY, Fla. — It has been three months since federal agents raided a Casselberry veterinarian tech school and students and employees said the school is shut down until further notice. Although, a notice on a door read that it was closed until Sept. 14.
The Institute of Technical Arts is located near State Road 436 and Highway 1792.
Administrators have not given any explanation for the closure.
Federal agents raided the school in June.

"When I found out the school was closed, I actually sat down and cried," said student Laura King. King spent several thousand dollars on student loans, but she said no one is explaining what's happening. "It made me feel like they just didn't care, that we were just money to them," said King. The office of the inspector general and the Department of Education are investigating the institute, but officials have not said why. The CEO would not comment to WFTV about the issue. King said she believes she has a right to know what's happening because she is half way through her vet tech training and she cannot transfer her credits.
