VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — A 24-year-old motorcyclist died in a crash in Volusia County on Friday.
Volusia County deputies said an SUV turned into the path of a motorcycle driven by Nicholas Gonzalez, 24, on Enterprise Road toward Pond Court in DeBary around 4:30 p.m. Friday.

Deputies said the driver of the SUV didn’t yield for the motorcycle while turning left, causing the motorcycle to collide head-on with the SUV.
Gonzalez died at a local hospital. Deputies said the SUV’s driver and passenger had minor cuts and bruises.

Investigators are investigating this crash. Deputies said the initial investigation did not indicate any signs of impairment.
