DELTONA, Fla. — Anyone looking for a job in and around Deltona now has the opportunity to work with Amazon.
The company announced that it’s looking to hire for 500 full-time positions at its newly-built fulfillment center at 2600 North Normandy Boulevard.

The company said the full-time jobs have a starting pay of $15 an hour, and “comprehensive benefits starting on day one.”
Employees will work to pick, pack and ship larger-sized items to customers across the region, officials said.

Amazon said job candidates must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered.
