WINTER PARK, Fla. — The Alfond Inn at Rollins announced it will open a new wing, featuring dozens of new guestrooms and a spa, this summer.
The new wing will open to go along with the boutique hotel’s 10th anniversary this year.

Officials said the wing will add 71 new guestrooms, bringing the hotel’s total to 183 rooms.
Hotel officials said The Spa at The Alfond Inn, which will be open for guests and day visitors, will offer signature treatments, steam, a sauna, a new fitness area, the hotel’s second swimming pool, with private cabanas, and an extensive outdoor living room.

“The new wing of The Alfond Inn, The Spa, and the additional meeting space marks an important part of the hotel’s evolution and its role in the Winter Park and Greater Orlando market,” said general manager Jesse Martinez.
A grand opening of the new wing is scheduled for August 2023.
