Woman walking on St. Cloud road hit, killed

ST. CLOUD, Fla. — A crash in Osceola County killed a woman walking along a busy road late Monday night, authorities said.

Investigators said the woman was clipped by a Crown Victoria while walking on Nova Road near Pine Grove Road in St. Cloud.

Investigators said the driver stopped to try to help, and is not facing any charges.

The names of those involved were not released.
