Women accused of killing mother during shooting spree had violent history with neighbors

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The woman accused of killing an innocent mother during a shooting spree has a history of violent attacks against her neighbors, who reported it to deputies, 9 Investigates has learned.


Angila Baxter was arrested earlier this month for firing random shots at vehicles, killing 27-year-old mother Nekaybaw Collier.

Baxter told investigators she was shooting because she thought someone was following her.

Baxter’s neighbors reported her and installed cameras, but nothing was done. They were shocked to hear she killed someone, ant thought it would have been one of them.
