‘Tis the season to Zillow surf: See inside Santa’s $1.15M North Pole home

Have you ever wondered what the inside of Santa’s North Pole home looks like? You’re in luck.

The Clauses’ secluded North Pole property with a world-class toy shop and whimsical elf village are listed on Zillow, complete with a 3D tour.

According to Zillow, the property is worth $1.15 million, up 12% over the past year.

Santa and Mrs. Claus first claimed their home on the Zillow website in 2016, and since then more than 3 million people have clicked through the listing, making it one of the most viewed homes on Zillow’s website.

“Santa gets a peek into millions of homes each year. Now, millions of Zillow surfers are getting a peek into one of the most famous homes in the world,” said Amanda Pendleton, Zillow’s home trends expert.

Zillow officials said Santa’s home was worth just over $650,000 when he first claimed his home. Its value has gone up nearly 77% over the past six years.
