What I did Last Night: “I Thought the World Went to Bed after Dark?” This was a 1 hour star trail shot on an Olympus OM-D EM1 Mark II using “Live Composite Mode”. This is more than 3600 independent images that were digitally stacked together into one exposure IN CAMERA. This shows all kinds of activity in the sky - meteors (thin line upper left corner), satellites (any long, thin line that is not dotted), and airplanes (all the lines that have dots). Shot with a 16mm Sigma Prime f1.4 lens at f1.4, ISO 1600. Each exposure was 1 second. #longexposure #startrails #nightphotography #nightscapers #nightscape #GetOlympus #olympusomde1m2 #olympuslivecomposite #luminantpix #beautiful #nightsky #meteor #satellitetrails #westportastronomicalsociety
