John Boyega visits sick children, delivers toys, smiles

London — John Boyega is winning the hearts of children and their parents at a London hospital.

The actor who helped break the box office in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" took a break from filming Episode 8 to deliver toys Friday to ill children at The Royal London Hospital in London, People reported.

He even met one special fan, Daniel Bell, who is battling a brain tumor. Daniel had a wish to meet Boyega's character Finn and hand out toys.

That's exactly what they did.

I stayed in character while I was with this brave boy asking him what a car was. He taught Finn about everything earth related! Really thankful for the opportunity this child granted me and I'm just humbled! I hope I played a little part in making you smile young stormtrooper. ❤️❤️❤️

Daniel's mother went to Facebook to thank Boyega for granting her son's wish.

"It was just amazing, I have no words! Daniel is still totally overwhelmed, I have never seen him so happy," Rosalind Bell wrote in response to Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity's post about the visit.
