SATELLITE BEACH, Fla. — A sea turtle that was taken in by a Florida zoo with several hooks in its flippers and digestive system has been returned to the ocean.
Wow, a green sea turtle that was rehabilitated at the Brevard Zoo, was released Tuesday night in Satellite Beach.
Wow was brought to the zoo's Sea Turtle Healing Center last November.
Last night we released Wow the Sea Turtle in Satellite Beach. Welcome back to the ocean!
