Ratliff was arrested on April 13, and charges were filed in Superior Court two days later.
Eight of the charges include sexual acts with minors, according to court records. Ratliff was also charged with one count of willful cruelty to a child, five counts of creating or distributing obscene matter, and one count of exhibiting harmful matter to a minor, online records show.
Police said five victims have been identified, and there are likely more victims between the ages of 14 to 17, KGET reported. Investigators accused Ratliff of distributing child pornography through several websites and posted video stills on social media, according to the television station.
According to court documents, Ratliff allegedly gained access to a Facebook account of one of his victims and sent child pornography to her family and friends.
Ratliff denied the accusations, telling investigators that the alleged victims distributed the videos as revenge and were jealous he was no longer dating them, according to court documents.
Ratliff has pleaded not guilty to the charges, KBAK reported. His bail has been set at more than $1.5 million, and he will appear in court on Thursday, according to KGET.
