Andrew Michael Mustapick, 66, of Vero Beach, was arrested Monday and charged with unlawful sex activity with certain minors, according to an Indian River County Sheriff’s Office online arrest affidavit.

The underage girl, now 18, reported the incident to the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office on Aug. 17 and Aug. 26, according to TCPalm.com.

According to an arrest report, the 17-year-old said she met Mustapick through a 19-year-old friend. According to online records, Mustapick allegedly agreed to buy the 19-year-old a vehicle in exchange for sex, but after the purchase the man allegedly coerced the younger girl into sexual acts and had her “sign a contract,” TCPalm.com reported.

“She did remember a clause within it stating she would be his sex slave twice a week on Mondays and Fridays for the next five years,” Indian River County Sheriff’s Detective Aaron Scranton wrote in the report.

According to the report, the underage teen said the “contract” also specified the number of hours she was to spend with Mustapick, along with the nature of the sexual acts.

The teen said she returned to the Vero Beach residence two more times in the 2017 white Volkswagen Jetta allegedly bought by Mustapick but never returned afterward, according to TCPalm.com.

According to the affidavit, the teen told detectives that after she refused to return to his home, Mustapick took the vehicle back from her friend.

Detectives reviewed photos and video on the victim’s cellphone that allegedly depicted sexual acts before arresting Mustapick, according to TCPalm.com.

Mustapick was released Tuesday after posting $50,000 bail, online records show. He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 25, records show.
