A representative from the Oklahoma City Police Department told Fox News that the actor “turned himself in and was processed through and bonded out.” He faces charges of domestic assault and battery by strangulation and domestic assault and battery, according to the news network.

The incident happened Dec. 9 at a hotel near downtown Oklahoma City, according to TMZ and a redacted police report obtained by Page Six.

A representative for Ratray last week told TMZ that the actor and his girlfriend got into a verbal spat and broke up, though they denied that the argument turned physical. In a report obtained by the entertainment news site, Ratray’s girlfriend said that he strangled her and put his hand over her mouth. She said she bit his hand and that Ratray punched her in the face before she managed to escape to a stairwell, TMZ reported.

Officials in Oklahoma issued a warrant for Ratray’s arrest Tuesday, People reported.

The 44-year-old played Buzz McCallister, the older brother of Macaulay Culkin’s Kevin McCallister, in 1990′s “Home Alone” and its sequel, 1992′s “Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.” He recently reprised his role for the Disney+ streaming film “Home Sweet Home Alone.”
