Smith, the NFL’s all-time leader in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns, listed his 10,806-square-foot home for $2.2 million, KXAS reported.

There’s an added perk: whoever buys the home gets a private dinner with the Pro Football Hall of Famer, WFAA reported.

The home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and four half-bathrooms, according to the home’s listing on the Douglas Elliman Real Estate website. The dining room can seat 22 people -- not coincidentally, Smith’s number when he starred for the Dallas Cowboys -- and there is a large media room and game room.

The home also an NFL-themed floor covering, KXAS reported.

The property sits on an 0.93-acre piece of land.

Smith built the home in 1995, according to People.

“One of my favorite aspects of the home is that it’s perfect for entertaining,” Smith said in a statement. “With a large dining room table that fits 22 people, a media room, and a large game room, this home is ready for the new owners to create their own memories with both friends and loved ones.”

“The home was designed with a family in mind by a single guy,” listing agent Arthur Greenstein told The Dallas Morning News. “All the aspects of the design were really thought through and through about what the future of somebody’s life could be over there.”

The main suite is equipped with a sitting area, three large walk-in closets, and a spa-like bathroom that includes a steam room, jacuzzi bath, multi-jet shower system, and two toilets, the Morning News reported.

“Now that his kids are grown, he is looking to downsize and is excited for the next owners to love the home as much as he has,” Greenstein told People.
