The Boy Scouts of America is recalling about 78,000 outdoor activity pins that are awarded to Cub Scouts.
The pin has levels of lead that exceed federal limits, The Consumer Product Safety Commission said.
The pin is a small diamond-shaped device with a paw print on a blue background.
It can be returned to any BSA retail store or you can contact the Boy Scout of America’s National Distribution Center at 1-800-323-0736 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET weekdays for a refund or merchandise credit.
The pins were sold from April 2016 through Jan. 2020.
