ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A depression formed late Thursday in a northbound lane of State Road 429 near Apopka, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The depression is near West Orange Blossom Trail and Plymouth Sorrento Road, Sgt. Kim Montes said.
"The roadway remains open," Montes said. "Traffic is still moving in the area and has been shifted to the right shoulder."
