ORLANDO, Fla. — A weak disturbance just off Florida’s east coast will keep things chilly this weekend; not great for beaches or those looking for a warm spring break.
The issue is a low-pressure area. It’s weak, but it’s generating gusty winds that are drawing cooler air into Florida.

The winds are also kicking up rough surf, generating dangerous rip currents and coastal erosion.

Through Sunday night, this low pressure will still be along our coast.

Spotty rain will continue, with Volusia and Flagler counties seeing most of the shower activity.

Temperatures will be a little warmer Sunday, into the 70s again in most locations.
On Monday, the storm system begins to move off to the northeast, with a much quieter and hotter weather pattern to follow.
