Henri downgraded to tropical storm, still expected to bring severe weather to NE

ORLANDO, Fla. — Tropical Storm Henri will be impacting the North East on Sunday.

Henri is expected to make landfall later this afternoon.

It has already dumped 4-9 inches of rain in parts of New Jersey and New York.
