Friday’s forecast: Sunny start, thunderstorms to move in this afternoon

ORLANDO, Fla. — Friday will have a sunny start, but storms are expected to move into the area in the afternoon hours.

Meteorologist Rusty McCranie said it will feel like it’s 100 degrees outside in the early afternoon.

There’s a 50% chance of rain for Friday.

The storms will start to move in around 2 p.m. By 4 p.m., many areas will start to get rain.

Daytime highs are expected to reach the mid 90s. The high in Orlando is 94.
