9 Investigates: New evidence against man accused of Lake Mary dry cleaner murder

LAKE MARY, Fla. — New evidence was released against the man charged with killing the owner of a Lake Mary dry cleaning business.
 
Andre Luciano is accused of tying up Nu Dang, 60, shooting her and stealing her car last September.
 
In a video released by the State Attorney's Office, Luciano is seen buying a gun.
 
He told detectives after he was arrested that he intended to use it to kill himself, but Lake Mary police said he used it to kill Dang instead.
 
In an interview with investigators, he called himself "evil" and said he "can't believe" what he did.
 
Luciano told investigators he got angry when Dang wouldn't let him use the restroom.
 
A detective asked Luciano if he hurt Dang, and he said he "must have" but said he isn't sure if he killed her.
 
Luciano admitted to having a gun and black zip ties in his backpack.
 
Luciano remains in the Seminole County jail. Prosecutors said they're seeking the death penalty.
