SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A car crashed right into a retirement home in Altamonte Springs Saturday throwing one resident into the air. The driver lost control on Montgomery Road before ending up in the lobby of the Horizon Bay Retirement home.
The car rammed through a wall and smashed into the lobby area.
Police told Eyewitness News no one was seriously injured, however 86-year-old Marie Britton, who was in the lobby, was taken to the hospital. Her daughter said it was for precautionary measures.
